Attendee Agreement

By making payment and confirming attendance for Summer Hangout Bournemouth, all attendees agree to the following terms.

1. Payment & Confirmation

Your space is only secured once payment has been received and confirmed by the organisers.

2. Non-Refundable Policy

All payments made are non-refundable due to advance bookings, accommodation reservations, logistics, entertainment, transport arrangements, food preparation, and other event-related expenses secured before the event date.

3. Event Conduct

All attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards organisers, staff, venue representatives, and other guests throughout the event.

Any form of violence, harassment, illegal activity, excessive misconduct, or intentional damage to property may result in removal from the event without refund.

4. Personal Responsibility

Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings, safety, behaviour, alcohol consumption, and transportation arrangements unless otherwise stated by the organisers.

5. Event Changes

The organisers reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to the event schedule, venue, activities, or entertainment if necessary due to weather, safety, venue requirements, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Media & Content

Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional and social media purposes. By attending, you consent to being included in event media content unless you specifically request otherwise.

7. Agreement

By sending payment or attending the event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
